The Problem
Leading people doesn’t come naturally.
You were promoted because you were good at the work. Now the work is people, and the rules are different.
- A team that does the job but doesn’t bring their best.
- One-on-ones that drift. Meetings that drain. Conflict you’d rather not touch.
- The high performer you’re afraid to delegate to, and the underperformer you’re afraid to confront.
Until you take an honest look at your approach to people, you can’t see the blind spots costing you results.
How it works
The cohort meets live every two weeks for six 90-minute sessions. In between, we stay close in our social community — surfacing situations from your team, asking questions, making commitments, and reporting back on how it went. The community is where peer leaders sharpen each other and the changes actually take hold.
This is coach-led discussion with peer managers about the issues you're facing right now — practical, not theoretical. You bring the team challenges; we work through them together. By the end, you'll run one-on-ones people look forward to, delegate in a way that develops people instead of bottlenecks them, and see the blind spots you couldn't catch alone.
