Day 6 TEST2 Easy to Work With

Day 6: The Reflection

Look back at the week and name what you are taking with you.

This is the final day of the challenge.

You spent five days practicing the behaviors that make people want to work with you.

Today, you will slow down and notice what changed.

What You Practiced

• Day 1: You noticed what makes people easy or hard to work with, including yourself.
• Day 2: You kept your small commitments and closed your open loops.
• Day 3: You stayed steady when something went wrong.
• Day 4: You made someone else’s job easier before they asked.
• Day 5: You shared credit and disagreed without making it personal.

That is five days of becoming someone others feel relief working with.

Not because you became perfect. Because you became more intentional.

Look Back Honestly

Think about your experience this week.

• Which behavior came most naturally to you?
• Which behavior was the hardest?
• When did you catch yourself creating friction?
• What changed in the way people responded to you?
• Which behavior do you want to keep practicing?

Do not look for a perfect week.

Look for one moment when you responded differently than you would have before.

That moment is evidence that something changed.

What It All Comes Down To

Being easy to work with runs on trust.

People need to know that they can:

• Lean on you
• Think clearly around you
• Trust your word
• Make mistakes without being attacked
• Disagree without damaging the relationship

Most of this comes down to how you manage yourself.

That is the heart of emotional intelligence.

What Comes Next

This challenge gave you a place to begin.

The Emotional Intelligence program takes these skills deeper and helps you practice them in the moments that matter most.

If you want to keep going, the full program is ready whenever you are.

Thank you for spending the week with us.

Share Your Final Reflection

What changed for you this week?

What are you taking with you?

Here Is What That Might Look Like

The one that got me was Day 2.

I did not realize how many small things I let slide or how much that was quietly costing me with people.

I kept every small promise this week, and my team treated me differently by Friday.

Same me. More reliable.

Or:

Day 3 changed how I show up at home.

I always thought being easy to work with was a work thing. It turns out my kids feel it too.

When I stopped reacting to every spilled drink and missed chore, the whole house became calmer.

I am taking that with me.
