The Problem
Influence without authority is its own job.
You don’t have direct reports. You have stakeholders, peers, and a manager. Your performance depends on every one of them, and you can’t order anyone to help.
- A manager you’re not quite aligned with, and review season is coming.
- Feedback you should give but keep swallowing.
- Conflict you’re paying for in stress, sleep, and momentum.
Working frictionlessly with others isn’t a soft skill. It’s the skill.
How it works
We meet every two weeks for six 90-minute sessions. Between sessions, our social community keeps the conversation going — bringing real situations from your week, asking questions, making commitments, and trading what worked and what didn't. That community of peers in the same seat is what turns insight into habit.
Each session is a relaxed, coach-led discussion focused on the real challenges you're facing — managing up, giving feedback, handling conflict, getting buy-in without authority. You bring the situations; we coach you through them. By the end, you'll have a working relationship with your manager that doesn't need defending, feedback skills that go both directions, and the influence to get cooperation without pushing.
