This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and rescheduling of programs.
Participants may cancel their registration for a program without penalty up to 48 hours before the program’s scheduled start time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to info@mindsetunlimited.com. Cancellations received after the 48-hour deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
If a participant is unable to attend a program after the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, they will have one (1) full year from the original program’s start date to attend a similar program offered by Mindset Unlimited. This similar program will be determined at the discretion of Mindset Unlimited based on program content and availability. The participant will not be charged an additional fee to attend this rescheduled program.
In the case of programs with multiple sessions, if a participant misses one or more sessions, they will similarly have one (1) full year to attend comparable sessions within a subsequent program, subject to availability. This will be determined at the discretion of Mindset Unlimited.
Mindset Unlimited reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or other unforeseen and unavoidable events. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support the request for an exception.
