About this week

A 6-day challenge for The Mindset Community

Think about the person on your team everyone actually listens to.

Sometimes it is the boss. Just as often it is someone with no title at all — the one people check with before they move, the one who somehow sets the tone.

We are taught that leadership comes with a title. You get promoted, you get the bigger office, and then you get to lead.

Real influence does not work that way. Some of the most powerful people in any room have no formal authority. They lead through how they show up.

That is the shift this challenge is built around. You do not wait for a title to start leading. You build influence from wherever you sit.

Influence grows out of trust. People follow you because they want to, not because a chart says they have to.

Six days. One shift. A different way to move people and ideas forward.

You do not really own an idea until you have put it in your own words for someone else to read.

So post what you are testing and read what your group is working out — that exchange is where this stops being theory and starts being yours.
