About this week

A 6-day challenge for The Mindset Community

Picture the person you most like working with. When you see their name on a project, you feel a small wave of relief.

Now picture the one you quietly dread. Maybe just as talented, and every exchange seems to cost you something.

The gap between them is almost never skill. It is a handful of small behaviors, repeated over and over.

Being easy to work with gets mistaken for being agreeable, or quiet, or a pushover. It runs much deeper than that.

It is a set of specific behaviors, and every one of them can be learned.

That is what this week is about. Six days on the behaviors that make people want to work with you.

Six days. One shift. A change in how people feel after they deal with you.

A change you only think about is usually gone by tomorrow; the one you put into words tends to stick.

That is why posting matters more than reading here — writing down what you notice is how the skill actually becomes yours.
