What actually changes you—a weekend of information, or ten focused minutes a day? That’s what the daily courses are for—focused courses on the skills that matter most, from communication and emotional intelligence to leadership and intentional living. Each one runs for multiple weeks, one lesson at a time.
About ten minutes a day. One micro-skill: a single shift in how you see something, respond to something, or choose something. One small way to practice it in real life. Each week builds on the last. So you’re not just collecting ideas. By the end, you’ve built something you keep—a habit that runs on its own.
Because real change doesn’t come from doing a lot, once. It comes from doing a little, every day.
How Daily Courses Work
The Daily Rhythm
Each day follows the same structure: In the morning (5-7 minutes), you read, watch, or listen to your lesson. Throughout the day, you practice the skill in real situations. In the evening, you engage with your community—sharing what you learned, asking questions, and supporting others. This daily rhythm builds momentum and keeps the skill fresh in your mind.
Course Structure
Each course has a set start date and end date. The first week lays the foundation and gives you concrete skills you can use immediately. Subsequent weeks build deeper understanding and help the skill become a natural part of how you show up. By the end, you’ve moved from awareness to habit.
What’s Included
When you enroll in a daily course, you get: Daily lessons (video, audio, and text), practice activities designed to work in real life, weekly reflection worksheets, access to your cohort community group, and progress tracking so you can see your growth. You also receive lifetime access to all course materials, so you can revisit lessons anytime.
Getting Started
Choosing a Course
Pick the course that addresses your biggest challenge right now. Each course stands alone, but they also work together—many members take multiple courses to deepen their skills across all four pillars.
Enrollment & Cohorts
Daily courses run on a cohort schedule, meaning you’ll work through the program with a group of people who started on the same date. This creates accountability and community. When you enroll, you’ll choose an available start date from the upcoming cohorts.
Time Commitment
About 10 minutes each morning for the lessons, plus evening community engagement. This is designed to fit into your real life without overwhelming you.
After You Complete
When you finish a daily course, you’ll receive a completion certificate that you can add to your LinkedIn profile or resume. More importantly, you’ll have a new skill that’s wired into how you show up—not something you need to “remember” to do, but something that’s become part of who you are.
Many members stack courses—taking one after another—to build foundational skills across all four pillars. Your lifetime access means you can take the course again anytime to refresh or go deeper.
